Feeling-Healing is the name I call my childhood repression healing. I’ll be mentioning it a lot in my posts. And simply it involves accepting (instead of denying) bad feelings, speaking – expressing them, all with the the intention of uncovering the truth of them.
Feeling-Healing you do just with yourself (and your friend). You can believe in God or not as you do it. Feeling-Healing has all come about as a result of Marion, my partner, and my childhood repression healing experiences, and most of the understanding of it has resulted from Marion, with my just writing about it. Without Marion’s help I wouldn’t have got anywhere in my feeling-healing because I was so shutoff to my feelings. And because of this she has a much better grasp and understanding of how to naturally express feelings, whereas I tend to be more conceptual and too much in the mind, but something I need to be in order to write about it.
